About Canyon RN

A more direct connection between Arizona nurses and the facilities that need them

Canyon RN was started to do one thing carefully: place registered nurses into permanent roles at Arizona healthcare facilities, with clear communication and honest information on both sides of the table.

Our role

Understand both sides. Find the alignment. Keep it moving.

Canyon RN builds two networks at once: Arizona healthcare facilities with confirmed hiring needs, and registered nurses across specialties, experience levels, schedules, and career goals.

Our job is to learn what makes an opportunity genuinely workable for both — the unit, the shift, the commute, the pay band, the license — then make a credible introduction and keep the hiring conversation on schedule.

Canyon RN operates as a permanent direct-hire contingency recruiting firm. The facility makes every hiring decision and employs the nurse directly. We do not provide travel, per-diem, or employer-of-record staffing, and we do not charge nurses.

How we work

Practical principles, clearly stated

01

Fit before volume

We would rather send two nurses who match the posting than ten who pad a pipeline. A placement that does not hold costs both sides more than an open week.

02

Permission and privacy

A nurse's résumé is never presented to a facility without that nurse's knowledge and permission. Facility requirements are treated the same way.

03

Say what is actually known

Canyon RN tells both sides what is confirmed, what still needs verification, and what the next step requires — including when the answer is no.

04

Arizona-first focus

The Phoenix metro is the starting market, with statewide reach. Local licensure rules, commute realities, and pay bands are the details that decide a match.

Where we work

Based in the Phoenix metro, recruiting statewide

Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Glendale, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, and the wider Valley — plus statewide searches into Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, and Yuma when a facility need calls for it.
