Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site.

• From registered nurses: name, email address, phone number, city and state, professional title, license type and license state, years of experience, setting and schedule preferences, preferred locations, earliest available start date, your résumé, and any message you include.
• From facilities: facility name and type, contact name and job title, work email, phone number, facility address, position details, number of openings, license and experience requirements, shift, employment type, start date, pay range if you provide it, timeline, and any additional requirements you include.
• From contact messages: name, organization if provided, email, phone if provided, reason for contact, contact preference, and your message.
• Automatically: standard web server and hosting logs generated by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, or financial account information through this site. We do not ask for them, and any such information received through a site form will be deleted.

How we use your information

• To review your submission and respond to it.
• To evaluate a nurse’s qualifications against current and future permanent direct-hire openings, and to evaluate a facility’s stated hiring requirements.
• To communicate with you about a submission, an opening, or an active search.
• To keep records of our recruiting activity and to meet legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not present a nurse’s résumé or contact information to a facility without that nurse’s knowledge and permission. When you give permission for a specific opportunity, we share the information relevant to that opportunity with that facility.

We also share information with:

• Service providers that operate this site and deliver our notifications, including our website host and our transactional email provider. They process information on our instructions only.
• Legal and safety recipients when we are required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

No fees to candidates

Canyon RN placement fees are 100% employer-paid. Nurses are never charged any fee at any stage. We will never request payment or financial account information from a candidate.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies and generate server logs required to serve and secure the site.

How long we keep information

We keep candidate and facility submissions for as long as needed to support an active or reasonably anticipated recruiting relationship, and afterward as needed for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the information you submitted.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it and remove you from the talent network.
• Ask us to stop contacting you.
• Withdraw permission to present your information to a specific facility.
