Permanent RN roles that fit your license and your life
Tell Canyon RN about your license, experience, preferred setting, shift, and the part of Arizona you want to work in. We review it against confirmed direct-hire openings — and it never costs you a dollar.
Fees are 100% employer-paid. Candidates are never charged anything, at any stage.
Canyon RN is paid by the hiring facility only, and only when a placement starts. No application fee, no résumé fee, no training fee, no deduction from your pay.
Why work with Canyon RN?

These are permanent W-2 roles on the facility's own payroll and benefits — not agency employment.

Unit, shift, ratio expectations, and pay band before you agree to an interview.

Current talent focus
RNs across specialties and experience levels
Canyon RN is building an Arizona network across hospital, post-acute, behavioral, and home-health settings. An application joins that network — it is not a promise of a current opening.

Candidate FAQ
Common questions
- Does Canyon RN charge nurses anything?
- No. Placement fees are 100% employer-paid. Canyon RN does not charge nurses a placement fee, an application fee, a résumé fee, or any other cost — at any point, ever.
- Who would I actually work for?
- The facility. Canyon RN recruits for permanent, direct-hire positions, which means you are hired onto the facility's payroll with the facility's pay and benefits. You are not employed by Canyon RN and this is not agency or travel work.
- What license do I need?
- An active Arizona RN license, or an active multistate privilege under the Nurse Licensure Compact that lets you practice in Arizona. If your Arizona endorsement is still in process, apply anyway and tell us the expected date.
- Does applying guarantee a job?
- No. Submitting an application lets Canyon RN review your information for suitable current or future openings. Hiring decisions belong to the facility.
- Can I apply without picking a specific job?
- Yes. Joining the talent network is the normal path — most of our roles are confirmed with a facility before they are ever posted publicly.
- Will you send my résumé out without telling me?
- No. Your résumé is not presented to any facility without your knowledge and permission.
- What if my availability changes?
- Contact us any time your schedule, location, or role preferences change and we will update your profile.
