Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of canyonrn.com. Effective August 12, 2026.
Agreement
By using canyonrn.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by [ENTITY PLACEHOLDER — AZ LLC pending] (“Canyon RN”).
What this site is
This site describes Canyon RN’s permanent direct-hire nurse recruiting services and lets nurses and healthcare facilities send us information. It is informational. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, an offer of a candidate, or a binding commitment to provide recruiting services.
No guarantee of employment or placement
Canyon RN does not guarantee employment, an interview, a candidate, or a placement. Hiring decisions and employment terms are determined by the hiring facility. A facility that hires a nurse referred by Canyon RN employs that nurse directly.
Fees
Canyon RN placement fees are 100% employer-paid. Nurses and other candidates are never charged any fee, at any stage, for any reason. Canyon RN will never ask a candidate for payment or for financial account information.
For facilities, the fee percentage, invoicing terms, candidate ownership, and any replacement commitment are governed solely by a separate signed facility agreement. Descriptions of the fee model on this site are summaries for convenience. Where this site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls.
Submitting information
By submitting a form on this site, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to provide it, including the right to provide any information about your employer or facility.
- You consent to Canyon RN contacting you about your submission using the contact details and preference you provided.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, or financial account information through this site.
Licensure
Nurses placed into Arizona positions must hold an active Arizona RN license or a valid multistate privilege to practice in Arizona under the Nurse Licensure Compact. You are responsible for the accuracy and current standing of the licensure information you provide. Facilities remain responsible for their own verification, credentialing, and onboarding requirements.
