For healthcare facilities
Permanent RNs for Arizona facilities — you pay when they start
Tell Canyon RN about the opening, the license and experience it requires, the shift, and your timeline. We work the Phoenix metro market and bring back nurses who fit the posting.
The operational cost
One open RN line touches the whole schedule
An unfilled position spreads across every other nurse on the unit. Coverage gets rebuilt week to week, premium hours climb, and planning turns into triage. Canyon RN adds focused recruiting reach without changing who makes the hiring decision.
- Open shifts
- Overtime spend
- Staff burnout
- Continuity of care
- Survey readiness
- Contract-labor premiums
A focused staffing process
Permanent direct-hire recruiting, clearly defined
Canyon RN provides contingency recruiting for full-time and part-time permanent RN and nurse-leadership positions. Your facility employs the nurse directly. We do not provide travel, per-diem, payroll, or employer-of-record staffing.

We hold the timeline
Canyon RN coordinates offers, start dates, and the replacement window after day one.
Fee model
100% employer-paid. Nothing is due until your nurse starts.
Contingency, not retained
There is no upfront charge and no fee for a search that does not end in a hire. Canyon RN is paid only on a successful, started placement.
One-time fee
A single placement fee — [FEE_PERCENT] — invoiced on your nurse's first worked day. No hourly markup and no ongoing markup after that.
[GUARANTEE_DAYS]-day replacement window
If the nurse leaves or is released inside the [GUARANTEE_DAYS]-day window, Canyon RN re-runs the search under the replacement terms in your signed agreement.
Exact fee percentage, invoicing terms, candidate ownership, and the replacement commitment are governed by the signed facility agreement. Nurses are never charged any portion of this fee.
